Talk to your union

All Local 1930 members should be aware that if they are in need of union support or want to discuss an issue concerning their work site or position within the Library that they should reach out to a union representative. We are only an email or phone call away. If you are given a memo and wish to discuss it, reach out to us immediately.
Our goal is to be able to talk to all our members in need and prevent charges of disciplinary action from occurring. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us before it is too late. Be mindful of what you say if and when you receive a memo and do not make any written/signed statements until you have talked to a union representative. Once you put it in writing it is very difficult to take it back.
